About Project
The road will connect the Banbasa Integrated Check Post (ICP) on the India-Nepal border to National Highway 09 (formerly NH 125) near Jagbuda Bridge. This strategic highway aims to enhance the flow of goods, services, and passengers between India and Nepal, fostering stronger bilateral trade and tourism. The project’s scope includes the construction of modern road infrastructure capable of handling increased traffic loads and ensuring smoother, safer transit between the two countries.
Our Client’s Challenge
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), as the project client, faced several significant challenges in executing the Banbasa-Sitarganj-Tanakpur section under the Bharatmala Pariyojna. These included ensuring timely completion, managing the complex logistics of constructing a border highway, and adhering to strict regulatory standards.
Our Approach And Solution
To tackle the challenges of the Banbasa-Sitarganj-Tanakpur project, we focused on detailed planning, innovation, and collaboration. Extensive feasibility studies and surveys helped identify the best route alignment, considering environmental and geographical factors. We coordinated closely with NHAI, local authorities, and security agencies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth execution. A phased construction plan was developed to manage local traffic. Advanced techniques were employed to navigate difficult terrain, and sustainable materials were used to meet environmental standards. High-quality machinery ensured timely completion, and a comprehensive traffic management plan facilitated smooth operations, with continuous stakeholder feedback guiding our approach.
